FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is sex and intimacy coaching?

Sex coaching is a collaborative journey where we explore your desires, overcome your sexual concerns, and help you reach your full sexual potential. Together, we'll set goals, tackle challenges, and develop strategies using techniques like education, mindfulness, communication skills, and somatic body work to enhance your experiences, deepen intimacy, and bring you ultimate satisfaction.

Is it therapy?

Sex coaching is not therapy, but it complements it in a distinct way. As a sex coach, I focus on providing education, guidance, and practical tools to help you improve your sexual experiences, confidence, and relationships. While therapy delves into emotional and psychological issues, sex coaching concentrates on skill-building, communication, and enhancing intimacy. It's not about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions; instead, I help my clients explore their desires, boundaries, and pleasure in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're looking to spice up your love life or address specific sexual concerns, sex coaching is a proactive and solution-oriented approach that can help you achieve your goals.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions you'll need can vary greatly depending on your unique goals and circumstances. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your specific needs and create a personalized plan. Some clients may find that a few sessions are sufficient to achieve their desired outcomes, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching over a more extended period. I'm committed to working at a pace that feels right for you, and we can always reassess and adjust the number of sessions as we progress to ensure you get the most out of our coaching experience. Your journey is individual, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

Is there erotic touching or nudity involved?

No, there is no nudity or erotic touching involved in my practice, as a general rule. Sex coaching is only physical in the sense that it is an experiential form of exploration—which just means we’re going to spend a lot of time paying attention to our bodies. My role as a sex coach is to provide guidance, information, and strategies to help you improve your sexual well-being, communication, and relationships. We engage in open and respectful conversations about your desires, concerns, and goals, and I offer advice, exercises, and techniques to address your specific needs. The focus is on enhancing your understanding of your own body, your partner's needs, and improving intimacy through communication and consent, without any sexual contact or exposure. However, it's important to note that in some cases, with your explicit consent and if it feels right for you, touch may be used in certain exercises designed to help you connect with your body and enhance your sexual experiences outside of session. Your comfort and boundaries are always respected, and any such touch is only introduced when mutually agreed upon and appropriate for your goals.
